At GetModaModa, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We’re committed to ensuring your order is processed, packed, and delivered securely and on time.
Please review our delivery and refund terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Delivery Policy
Processing & Shipping
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier issues, or external events beyond our control (such as import restrictions or government policies).
Customs & Import Regulations
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with the import regulations of their country.
If your package is held by customs, our support team will assist in tracking and resolving the issue where possible.
⚠️ Important: Certain countries or regions may be excluded from our reshipment or replacement policy due to strict customs restrictions. These will be clearly listed during checkout or communicated by our support team.
Delivery Guarantee
If your package is lost in transit or held in customs for more than 14 business days, we’ll take care of you.
You can request either:
- A free replacement shipment, or
- A store credit equal to your order value (at our discretion).
We reserve the right to determine eligibility based on the tracking history, courier report, and customs status.
2. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Cases
To protect both our customers and our business, refunds are not available in the following cases:
- The product has been successfully delivered, in full and undamaged.
- The customer provides an incorrect address or fails to collect the package.
- The delay occurs due to customs clearance or import restrictions in the destination country.
- There is evidence of fraudulent claims, repeated refund requests, or suspected misuse of the policy.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, GetModaModa considers the transaction complete.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds (or reshipments) may be granted only if:
- The order has not been delivered and the courier confirms loss in transit, or
- The package arrived damaged or incomplete, with photo proof provided within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on circumstances and availability of the product.
Partial Refunds
In special cases (e.g., incorrect product variant or partial shipment error), a partial refund or replacement may be offered at our discretion.
Such cases will be handled individually by our customer support team.
3. Order Verification & Anti-Fraud Policy
To maintain fairness, we reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements in cases where:
- The customer attempts to abuse the policy or provide false claims.
- The order history or delivery data suggests manipulation or misuse. Our team carefully reviews all claims before approving a refund or reshipment.
4. Support & Contact
If your order hasn’t arrived or was damaged, please contact our team within 30 days of purchase.
